Present a Luncheon Program
Merger Control in the Americas
The program will feature the head of the competition agencies in Brazil and Mexico and will be moderated by the FTC's Counsel for International Antitrust. The discussion will include the following topics: merger notification requirements; timing considerations; approval and clearance process; substantive tests employed; application of guidelines; remedies; and penalties or enforcement powers of the respective agencies.
