The USAID-sponsored FASTrade project seeks to facilitate trade by strengthening public institutions and streamlining trade-related administrative processes. The Advance Rulings Process Improvement component means to increase the efficiency by which each of the CAFTA member-countries' customs agencies administer advance rulings on imports and exports.
